Flourless Chocolate & Sour Cherry Cake

The Croatian name (“chocolate cake with sour cherries and whipped cream”) isn’t very inventive, but the cake is fantastic. Refreshing and sooo creamy. Our take on Black Forest cake.

Ingredients: chocolate 23%, cream, sour cherries in syrup 18%, eggs, vegetable-fat cream, sugar, icing sugar, butter, baking powder
